 First select your required hat decorations by clicking any on the panel, the items will resize to fit on the hat. You move the items by pressing down and dragging at the same time.
When you are happy with the decoration click on the paintbox button to go to a palette of our main fabric colours.
Select your colour by clicking on any on the palette, then simply click on the part of the hat that you wish to colour.
